Hur skapar du mer lycka i ditt liv?

Har du glömt den viktiga känslan av lycka?

LYCKA, ett starkt ord med fem bokstäver.
Det är ett ord och en känsla många tänker på dagligen. Många har problem med det, egentligen skall det komma naturligt, men många glömmer, eller skjuter undan denna funktionen. Många söker efter den, går flera mil för att hitta den, köper den ena saken efter den andra, i hopp om att det skall kunna göra en lycklig! Känner du igen dig själv? Vi vet att många gör det…

Många glömmer att du redan äger det, det finns inom dig. Du behöver bara plocka fram det.
Lycka är något DU skapar! Vi Föds med lyckan men någonstans på vägen eller i vårt stressade samhälle och vardag glömmer vi bort den vackra känslan av lycka och hur viktig den är för oss och alla runt omkring oss!

Men hur gör man då för att skapa mer lycka i livet och ta upp den härliga känslan igen?

För något vi vet är att alla vill ha den!

Ett bra sätt att hitta tillbaka till lyckan, skapa mer av den känslan i din själ är att börja 5 minuter om dagen att fokusera på det. Ta något som du har hemma som du blir lycklig av. Kan tex vara dina  barn, din man, husdjur, din trädgård, din hälsa eller bara den vackra personen just du är. Vi är alla underverk här på jorden och skapta till denna plats för att göra något vackert!

JA alla har något att vara lycklig för!

Sätt dig ner på en härlig plats, blunda och se framför dig vad du är lycklig för. Är det en sak du har hemma som man kan hålla i så håll i den.

Tänk nu på alla bra saker den ger dig, börja skapa en härlig känsla till den. Fokusera nu på allt underbart och vackert den hjälper eller ger dig. Ta bara dem bra och positiva sakerna om det du fokuserar på. Se det framför dig hur denna sak gör dig glad, sänd massor av kärleks energi och var glad att du har detta i ditt liv.

Efter fem minuter kommer du känna dig mycket lyckligare, men det är en träning, något du måste öva på dagligen innan det kan komma naturligt.

Detta är en bra start, du kommer se att dessa 5 minuter kommer göra en stor skillnad i ditt liv. Efter ett tag kommer du att finna lycka i andra saker du inte fann lycka i förut. Det är nu magin börjar, du är på god väg att skapa och attrahera ännu mer lycka och underbara saker som kommer till ditt liv att vara lycklig för.

Universum fungerar på det sättet, ju mer lycka och positiv energi du sänder ut, ju mer får du tillbaka. Det är så attraktions lagen fungerar.

I början måste du framhäva lyckan, men efter ett tag kommer du se att den kommer naturligt, den finns där i ditt liv, i din själ.

Raspberries and it´s health benefits!

Today we want to talk about one of our favorite berry (of many) in Sweden. It is a berry that brings us back to many child memories and it is the Raspberry! This is such a superyummy berry that we thought for while was only pink, then we discover in Bali it was also a black raspberry. It was really good, tasted a bit like Melon in a strange way, really cool as you know we love fruits and berry s!

Some benefits of Raspberrys

Diet-Friendly

A cup of fresh raspberries contains about 1.5 g of protein, 8 g of dietary fiber, and 14.7 g of carbohydrates. Cholesterol-free, low in fat and sodium, and weighing in at a modest 64 calories per cup, raspberries are a good choice for dieters. The generous amount of fiber they provide — with one cup supplying one-third of the daily recommended value for adults — can help speed elimination and possibly promote weight loss; their natural sweetness may satisfy cravings for less wholesome foods.

Beneficial Vitamins and Minerals

A cup of fresh raspberries contains high levels of assorted vitamins and minerals needed for healthy body functions, including 186 mg of potassium, necessary for maintaining healthy blood pressure; 31 mg of calcium, needed for bone development and growth; and 167 combined mcg of lutein and zeaxanthin. This pair of carotinoids — or plant pigments — can help protect against macular degeneration, an eye disease that can cause loss of vision. The same cup of raspberries also offers up 26 mcg of folate, which can prevent neural tube defects in newborns.

Alleviate Arthritis

Raspberries can fight inflammatory conditions — such as arthritis and gout — in much the same way as aspirin and ibuprofen do: by turning off signals sent by COX-1s and COX-2s, the enzymes responsible for the body’s inflammatory response. Researchers believe that anthocyanins — the water-soluble plant pigments that give the berry its vivid color — are responsible for its anti-inflammatory properties. Arthritis Today recommends blending raspberries with pure fruit juice and heating them to make a berry-infused, colorful and intriguing sauce for lean meat and chicken.

Antioxidant Benefits

Raspberries are extremely high in various antioxidants, which can help fight aging and slow cancer growth by scavenging destructive free radical molecules in your body. In addition to vitamin C — a potent antioxidant in its own right — raspberries contain antioxidant carotinoids, ellagic acid and quercetin. According to the Berry Health Benefits Network, The ORAC scale — which measures the antioxidant potential of substances — places raspberries at a very respectable 24 umole/TE/g. The BHBN notes that this is roughly equivalent to the ORAC capabilities of blueberries, themselves renowned for their antioxidant abilities.

Chemoprotective Benefits

As if raspberries’ nutritive, antioxidant and anti-inflammatory powers weren’t impressive enough, animal and test tube studies have shown that they may help prevent cancer. Ellagic acid, a phenolic compound, can kill certain types of cancer cells, including those of colon, esophageal, liver, lung, tongue and skin cancers. Quercetin is yet another effective anticarcinogen found in raspberries; studies support its ability to act against mammary cancers in rodents. In a clinical study published in 2010 in “Cancer Prevention Research,” researchers found that black raspberry powder fed to mice for 12 weeks was highly effective in preventing intestinal tumors. The black raspberry powder inhibited tumor development by reducing inflammation.

What is Gratitude?

This blogpost I will talk a bit about gratitude and the importance of getting the right mindset and flow in our daily life!

That is a very important thing to use and be able to implement every day. We love to make make that process and be able to inspire people.

So today we give you some tips of that you can do to be able to implement this things in your life everyday.

1.Meditation
Do a short or long meditation everyday when you wake up in the morning, it will empower your day and start the day in a good way, build up good energy throughput the day. You can search on youtube for guided meditation and follow those steps, or just meditate by yourself or turn on some calm meditation in the background.

2. Be Thankful
Be thankful for thinks and more things will come to you. By that I mean there a lot of things we take for granted when we have them that we not even are thankful for, just presume they always going to be there.  You can be thankful for the sun the lights up the sky every morning, you can be thankful for the fresh air, that you have roof over your head, that you are healthy, for a hug, for that you are able to see your loved ones, friends and family with your eyes etc. It is always tons of things to be thankful for.

3. Spice up your food!
With that I don´t mean with some hot spices (well you can do that as well, but not what I mean now) I mean the “magic spice”. This is an exercise we do with every of our meal, we use our hands and sprinkle some “invisible” spice over our food filled of love and gratitude towards all the people that made us able to have this dish on our table, gratitude to mother earth that provide the living essentials to make this plant/food grow or exist on our planet and on our plate. You should try this first eat one spoon without the “magic spice” and then one spoon with the spice on your food and I promise you will feel a difference.

5. Set goals
This is a really important thing if you want things to happen in your life you have to know WHAT YOU WANT and WHEN YOU WANT IT HAPPEN! A lot of people they think well “I want to do more things in life” but they don´t put a real statement down to the universe, and then universe can´t help you to make your wish happened if  you don´t even know what exactly you want or by when. So you should put down your goals and therefore you know what to do to be able to achieve them. For example you put out to the universe “I want to travel to Bali by the end January next year” then you had set a goal and know when, probably also know what it is going to take you to get to that goal. For example work some extra hours at work every week, or look for things in your storage to sell off to be able to get to that trip. The universe know also what you want and by when and can help you towards your goals! And another very important thing is to write those goals down on a paper or on the computer. By writing things down it always become stronger effect.

6. Visualize
Now you should have your goals set and then another powerful thing to use if visualizations you send out to the universe and as well use your mind to be more conspicuous of the feeling of your goals. For example if your goal is to travel to Bali, just close your eyes for a moment and feel how it feels to be in Bali, visualize how it feels to walk on the sandy beach in Bali, look at the waves that coming in towards the shore, smell the flowers, hear the sounds of that exiting place. Just do that for a minute or two so you can feel you already are there. Do it everyday and it will make you up in positive vibe and you will always know why you do what you to and what goal you going to archive.

7. The Stone
This is also a very powerful exercise we do every night before we sleep. We have a beautiful stone which we hold in our hands and say to each other what we are grateful for. We go trough the day and thank universe and feel gratitude for everything that we gone trough the day that we are thankful for. Small things and big things, remember by be grateful for small things bigger things will come into your life, you just have to tune in yourself in the right tune with the universe.

How to rent a house in Bali -A guide to find the perfect house

Hello beautiful people! We are Tobias and Melanie, a couple from Sweden that live as digital freedom prenaurs and travel the world all the time as we carry our office with use wherever we go.

Today we very happy to share this guest blog with you guys! We going to talk a bit about how you do to find the best house to rent in the island of Bali and a bit of the cost of living in Bali. Hope you will enjoy and get lots of value from this post.

We love Bali
We been traveling to Bali many times and fell in love with this beautiful island and it´s fantastic friendly people living there. When we was there the first time we stayed for 10 days and we stayed in different hotels as we were just on a short trip, but decided to return back to this beautiful place and stay longer to rent an own house.

Last year we decided to go there and live for 4 months. We landed in Denpasar early morning after a flight from Manilla and were very pleased to come to this calm place compare to the busy big city Manilla that was our last stop.

We took a Taxi from the airport to Ubud which is the in the middle of island, it cost us 250 000 indonesian ruphia which is about 19 USD, it is a fixed price on the airport so you not need to stand and barge for the best price, which is really good. This ride usually takes 1h depends on the traffic.

How to find the best house?

We have learned that it is easiest to take a hotel a couple of days and basically walk around and look at houses in different areas as well as on boards outside shops and grocery stores. We found a lot of hoses adverts at Bintang supermarket. It is also a recommendation to get a Indonesian SIM card so you can call the house owners to see if the house is available the days you want and arrange a meeting with them to see the house.

Many of the house owners or the house carers speak really good english. If you have the time this is the best way to find your perfect house for the best price and see the house before you rent it. You can also bargain if you going to stay there for a longer period of time and you can get a really good price for long term rentals.

We can also recommend to search on Facebook as they have many groups were you can see different houses in the whole Bali and arrange appointments to see the house. If you look at houses on internet they are often really pricy compare to when you take your time and walk around, some of them can even cost for a night as much as a rent for the whole month for the same type of house.

A lot included

Some of the houses in Bali come with a wide variety of amenities and services. The house that you rent often comes with cleaning every day or at least 3 times a week and if you like some even offer to cook dinner for you if you like it so.

A lot of the houses have internet included and some of the house you have to pay for your own use with monthly plans or sim card plugged into USB-Modem. The speed of internet vary from times to times and different plans, but expect it could be very slow but generally works good for everyday social media surfing and email.

The houses itself are often like a piece of artwork and beautifully decorated and very relaxing decorated. Expect to pay a bit more for the house if it ic pool included in the house, but it well worth it a hot summer day. If you not have pool and want a swim or just a cool off you can go to a nearby hotel and ask how much it would cost to use their pool.

5 tips to get your perfect house in Bali

1. Know what looking for (how big should it be, pool, or not, how long you going to stay)

2. Take your time and walk around and look at different houses that interest you

3. Look for house ads on boards in super markets, cafes etc

4. Look on Facebook groups for houses (this can be more expensive)

5. Search on google for “rent house in Bali” (this will be the most expensive option but you will find really nice houses and if you are on a big budget and rather chose to pay with money and not with your time)

What melons are your favorite? We love all kind of melons but the cantaloupe is one of the delicious ones we use to get shipped from Spain to Sweden during summer. We use to go to the store and smell and press on the melon until we find the best one!
